The Fact About Lady Finger

Please note that another name for Lady Finger (Bhindi ) is " OKRA ".

It was on the TV program, it teach us on how to fight diabetes i.e by consuming lady finger. It is very useful to control blood sugar level and to keep you away from usual drugs medication.

Its just simple, take two pieces of Lady Finger (Bhindi) and remove/ cut both ends of each piece. Also put a small cut in the middle and put these two pieces in glass of water. Cover the glass and keep it at room tempreature overnight. Early morning, before breakfast simply remove the lady finger( bhindi) from the glass and drink it well.

Keep doing this on a daily basis. Within two weeks, you will see a remarkable results in reduction of your blood sugar level.

Please try it, InsyAllah no harm happen to you even if it does not do much good to you.
